SSS 2026 Summer Outdoor Co Ed House League

Times:  Junior (2015 - 2017):            4:00pm - 5:30pm.

            Intermediate (2013- 2014):   5:30pm - 7:00pm

            Bantam (2009- 2012):           7:00pm - 8:30pm

Location: Fernhill Park, Oshawa

Cost: $250 for the eight week season.  

 

Sunday nights from May 31 - July 19 (July 26 Rain Date)

Each week we will do 30 minutes of drills and skills, 15 minutes of Royal Court and 45 minutes of game play.   The last two weeks, the HL will be tournament style competition.

SSS  Recreational Co- Ed Volleyball Program provides 90 minutes sessions on Sundays.  For all divisions the 90 minute session is divided into a  30 minute drills and skills, and 60 minutes of game play.  The sessions are fun, developmental and follow the LTAD model set out by Volleyball Canada.
