2024 Winter House League is now completely Co-Ed

The SSS Co-Ed House League Volleyball Program provides 90 minutes sessions on Sunday beginning in January 14 2024.  For all ages the 90 minute session is divided into a  30 minute learning to play drills and skills, and 60 minutes of game play.  The sessions are fun, developmental and follow the LTD model set out by Volleyball Canada.  They are led by NCCP certified coaches and various club volleyball athletes.

9:00 - 10:30 am   Junior 2012 - 2014

10:30 - 12:00pm   Intermediate 2010 - 2011

12:00 - 1:30 pm   Bantam 2007 - 2009

Cost:

$ 250   Each participant will receive the 8 weeks of volleyball programming (skills / drills and games), a team shirt.
